We work with individuals and their family members to help prepare them for retirement, investment and health care decisions while maintaining financial security. We are seeking a full time Client Service Associate to join our team of exceptionally client service-minded professionals. We are looking for the right person who can contribute ideas, a strong work ethic, energy, and enthusiasm.

  • 1-3 years insurance, investments and/or financial planning industry experience preferred

Expectations of the CSA include:

  • Maintain CRM-documented tasks, notes
  • Answer phone calls from clients and prospects
  • Complete & process new client applications for investments, insurance, annuities
  • Draft letters
  • Respond to client inquires as needed and via email or phone
  • Open, close, transfer financial accounts
  • Generate reports and prepare Advisors for client meetings
  • Resolve issues regarding new financial accounts
  • Post blog posts on social media and website
  • Input basic client data into financial plan software
  • Schedule client meetings using appointment scheduling software

Salary and Benefits

Salary for this position will be based on experience, and direct experience with financial planning, investments, and insurance. Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take at lease one assessment, possibly more. A background will be required.
