This position will be permanently remote. We will provide you with equipment to work from home, but you will be expected to have a workspace that you can work comfortably full time. This position is open to candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.

Compensation:

  • Salary range of $55K-70K, commensurate with relevant experience

Responsibilities include:

  • Act as our “Director of First Impressions” by greeting clients by phone in a warm, friendly, and welcoming manner
  • Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy in mind
  • Assist Advisors with client meeting prep and follow-up tasks
  • Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and/or other various industry specific administrative tasks
  • Calendar Management for Financial Advisor(s) including client appointments
  • Generate various daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports
  • Attend and Assist with Client Event planning, preparation, and communications

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of financial services experience
  • Experience with Commonwealth Financial Network or Mass Mutual technology and systems is NOT required but is a big plus!
  • Technology Skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Power Point, Excel, Etc.), and ability to learn new software quickly
  • CRM Software / Database Experience is a plus (Example: Salesforce, Redtail, Etc.)

The Process:

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for the position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance, you will be invited for an interview with the advisors. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
