Salary and Benefits

  • · Base salary range of $70K-80K, with monthly variable compensation based on production, and quarterly profit share

  • Close new business by working with leads generated by the firm’s marketing efforts as well as through networking and referral generation
  • Support Lead Advisors in creating customized financial plans and investment strategies for clients
  • Service existing clients by conducting regular reviews, providing ongoing advice, and handling client inquiries
  • Document client interactions in CRM and provide team with time sensitive updates
  • Execute on team service model
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for clients
  • Attend client review meetings to assist in re-discovery conversations, capture notes and follow up in CRM and track all actions/activities to ensure highest level of client service
  • Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay current on best practices
  • Monitor and report on client satisfaction and manage the resolution of client escalations


  • Minimum three years financial services industry experience
  • Series 65 and/or Series 7
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Personable with the ability to connect with clients
  • Ability to research escalated client issues for response/resolution
  • Self-starter and aptitude to work with a sense of urgency

The Process:

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments. A background and credit check will be required.
