Summary

CRNA Financial Planning is seeking a full time Support Advisor to join our growing team in downtown Winston-Salem. The Support Advisor is a client relationship management position that provides technical support for the Lead Advisor and/or Service Advisor. Responsibilities include data gathering, modeling, case design, scenario building and plan development. This position participates in client meetings but not in an advice or decision-making capacity.

  1. Financial Planning/Investment-Related
  • Gather and Input data and update eMoney plans
  • Research financial planning-related issues for clients and resolve
  • PreciseFP – review questionnaires and determine follow up
  • Take notes from all client meetings you attend and:
    • Put notes in Redtail, our CRM
    • Assign/delegate tasks that do not fall under your job description
  • All Trading
  • All Client Appointment Prep
  • Participate in investment meetings
  • Determine quarterly retirement plan allocations and email clients

2. Business Development-Related

    • Participate in client event coordination (firm-wide project)
    • Respond to 800# inquiries
    • Respond to FMG Suite inquiries
    • Monitor the firm's inquiry email
    • Follow up with trade show prospects
    • Respond to all CRNA Financial Planning inquiries
    • Handle Calendly calls scheduled to discuss additional information requested re: CRNA
    • All AANA Member Advantage Marketing
    • Communication with AANA/NCANNA/MedStream/Other Groups
    • Respond to inquiries from social media
    • Review website analytics & report to team
    • Help prospects complete PreciseFP
    • Track sales
    • Prep for trade shows

    3. Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 2 years experience in financial services
    • Familiarization with financial concepts, investment products, portfolio analysis, goal setting and cash flow
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with client’s needs and requirements
    • Must interact effectively with office staff and be a goal-oriented team player
    • Must demonstrate excellence in organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Exceptional phone and client service skills, positive and upbeat attitude at all times
    • CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP) licensee or candidate (or you are studying for the exam) a plus

    Salary for this position will be commensurate with relevant experience, in the $60,000 range. Benefits include IRA with 3% match, life insurance, and disability insurance.

    Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take a Caliper assessment. A background check will also be required.
