Job Responsibilities:

  • Track KPI’s established by Senior Management.
  • Manage staff of eight, with the intention to grow and attract top talent
  • Manage employee performance, compensation, and performance evaluation with senior management's assistance
  • Project Management – coordinate, execute, and track firm projects; work with Sr. Management team to filter new initiatives and strategic opportunities – then oversee and execute those initiatives
  • Ensure that all team members are looking for ways to systematize the business to increase efficiency
  • Directly report to partners for business operations and management
  • Manage relationships with external resource providers
  • Manage operational structure
  • Oversee existing marketing strategy and content and coordinate with outsourced marketing firm
  • Manage miscellaneous activities: Leases, contracts, vendor negotiations, and other special projects as needed
  • Strategize with the partners and effectively communicate new initiatives to the team, serve as integrator – seeing partners’ vision and integrating a path to the team.


Requirements:

  • Five years of experience in a senior operations position – this is NOT an entry-level position
  • Strategic business planning experience - a plus
  • Leadership, communication, and organizational skills are a MUST
  • Great problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong human capital management background - a plus
  • Ability to effective clarify and extract details of vision to create execution and management strategy
  • Ability to see the big picture as well as specific details of daily operations and activities
  • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in finance or management


Compensation:

Salary range for this position will be $100,000-$150,000 commensurate with industry-specific experience
